Villa van Staalduinen is a spacious and bright house with a marvellous view of the English Field. The house has a beautiful conservatory and a lovely garden in a prime location in a quiet street near the beach.

The detached villa is situated on a corner plot bordered on two sides by a unique nature reserve where Scottish Highlanders often graze. The beach entrance is only two blocks away.

Unique to Villa van Staalduinen is the conservatory with its many large plants where you can read a book or enjoy the peace and quiet. The large living room has a sitting area, a television, a grand piano and access to the garden. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor you will also find the entrance, the toilet and a large bedroom with a double bed, a desk and a sofa bed. Adjacent is the utility room (including washing machine and tumble dryer) and a spacious shower room.

Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which can be pushed apart. The bathroom is also located here.

The great advantage of this holiday home is that there is a very spacious bedroom (31m2) on the ground floor with its own walk-in shower/seat and toilet, so that people with walking difficulties can also have a great holiday here. This room has a double bed and an electrically operated bed.
