Apartment in Tar with Common Pool

The newly built, modern NOEMI 3 flat is located in Tar, a small town 10 km from Poreč and 5 km from Novigrad. The flat is part of a residence that offers 9 rental flats and is located in three adjacent buildings that together form the residence. In the residence, the pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, barbecue, garden table with Istrian stone benches are available for common use on the fenced plot. To the delight of children and adults there is an excellent offer of the playroom with billiard table, table tennis, flat screen TV, fridge, sofas and armchairs, air conditioning.
The third building in front of the pool consists of three flats on the first floor called Noemi (1 property number 10472997, 2 property number 10473191 and 3).

Noemi 3 is located on the first floor of the tertiary structure with three apartments. Composed of a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160x200). One bedroom with two single beds, the balcony with seating for six, garden chairs and a coffee table. The living area has a sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, a dining table with six seats, an equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette has three electric hobs, fridge with freezer area (10 l), toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine with filters, Mocca, kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, detergent and sponge.
The bathroom has a shower cabin, bidet, toilet paper, hairdryer, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet. In the residences are available for shared use the swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, the games room for children and adults with pool table, flat-screen TV, sofas and armchairs. The complex is fenced, and free public parking is located near the residence. In the structure, there is a shared space with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The grocery store, church, restaurant, bar, park, parking, pharmacy within a radius of 100-250 m. The station of the tourist train that leads to the beaches (sand, gravel and rocks) of the Lanterna tourist village (3 km from the house) is located 50 m from the property . Near motordrome, tennis courts and horse riding center. Guests will receive from the owner a valid passport for entry to the Lanterna tourist village.

* Guests are kindly requested to leave empty rubbish bins and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils.

* Any damage caused please declare to the owner that after an accurate assessment of the damage cost will be charged on the spot.
