La meravigliosa Casa Pool è una casa Patrizia dell'800 situata nel pittoresco paese di Castasegna, il paese più a sud della Valle Bregaglia, molto vicino al confine con l'Italia. Il traffico scorre su una tangenziale, vicino al fiume, per cui il centro del paese è tanto affascinante quanto molto tranquillo. Il villaggio ha un negozio di alimentari e due bar, uno con una panetteria. L'autopostale serve due fermate, una delle quali a 50 m davanti alla casa.
Nel 2020 pur mantenendo lo stile originale, l'appartamento è stato ristrutturato, composto da ampio soggiorno con divano letto rivestito in legno di pino con soffitto decorato del 1882, una camera matrimoniale rivestita in abete, due camere da letto con 1 o 2 letti, una cucina completamente rinnovata, e un nuovo bagno con doccia.
L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano.
In giardino hai un bel posto per fare il barbecue!
