Our family-run Ferienhaus Birgit *** in a central and quiet location - on the edge of the pedestrian road - is ideal for everyone who wants to organize their vacation independently and individually.
Thermal baths, mountains, shops, restaurants, everything can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Your car is waiting in your parking lot in front of the house. A free parking space is available for each apartment.
Whether with a view of the Schlossalm or the Graukogel, our 14 apartments for 2-7 people not only offer you a wonderful view, but also ensure sweet dreams thanks to the best quality of interior.
The generous amount of space creates space for all your holiday experiences!
Living room and bedroom are separated in all apartments. They have a dishwasher and microwave, among other things.
Our house has a lift, so all floors are easily reachable.
Our wifi is available free of charge throughout the house.

The apartement consists of: 2 bed-rooms, 1 living-room with 2 sleeping places and kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave , 2 bath-rooms (1 x bath-tube, 1 x shower) with toilet, a big balcony, radio and cable-TV;

apartment 80 m² (for 4-7 persons) - in summer also available 55 m² for 2-4 persons ( 1 sleepingroom and bathroom can be seperated) - price on demand !

The apartment is located in the house of pharmacy - directly in the center (approximately 5 minutes walk to "Ferienhaus Birgit") and the apartment is very comfortable.

The stops for the ski- and citybus (both for free) is 3 houses away. One parking space is reserved for the apartment.
