The apartment is located in Bauerbach, about 8 km from Marburg, on the edge of the forest and is quiet. The view from the 60 square meter sun terrace with beach chair falls on a beautiful park-like meadow property with old fruit trees. The apartment has a separate entrance and can be reached via an outside staircase with 16 steps over the terrace.
The bus stop is about 7 minutes away. Unfortunately, the clock is only hourly. Marburg main station is approx. 6.5 km away, the city center (market) approx. 8 km.
In Bauerbach there is an Evangelical and a Catholic church and two playgrounds, all just a few minutes' walk away.
There are shops in Marburg, near the train station or in the Marburg-Wehrda shopping center. There is a food vending machine in Bauerbacher Straße where you can buy fresh food such as eggs around the clock. Another shop in the village is the Böhm farm, where there are changing, seasonal offers.

The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via an external staircase with 16 steps and the terrace. The living rooms are modernly furnished and complemented by antique furnishings. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed 1.60x2.00m and large wardrobes. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It has an open design and merges into the dining area and living area. There is a fully automatic coffee machine (please bring your own coffee beans), an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer. In addition to a shower, the bathroom also has a bathtub, washing machine and dryer. Detergent is available. The parking space for the car is like the entrance to the apartment on the house side "Am Forsthaus" (left parking space). The terrace is about 35 square meters, a gas grill and charcoal grill are available. These are to be cleaned after use.

Conditions:
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer, no later than 14 days before arrival. A prepayment of 100% is due no later than 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Departure is possible between midnight and 11 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
The keys are handed over via a key safe, you will receive the code by email after payment has been received.
Pets are allowed (maximum 2 pets, 10 € per pet / night).
A travel cot / baby cot can be provided on request (free of charge).
Towels, bed linen, parking space and use of WiFi are already included in the price.
