Nice Holiday Apartment in Umag with Well-Kept Garden and Garden View

Air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment located on the raised ground floor of a family house within walking distance of the supermarket, playground, bar. The house offers free private parking and a barbecue area in the garden. The city center and the beach can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The accommodation is the ideal accommodation for families with children or groups of friends. The location is quiet and sunny. Free Wi-Fi internet connection available.

The air-conditioned apartment has three bedrooms, a dining area with a kitchen, bathroom, toilet and two terraces. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with two gas burners, refrigerator with freezer area, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, glasses, plates, cutlery and pots. The dining area has a table with six chairs, a sideboard and an exit to the terrace equipped with a table, chairs and awning. The living area is connected with the bedrooms with the corridor equipped with a coat hanger, shoe rack, mirror and air conditioner. The complete bathroom with tub, sink with cabinet and mirror, washing machine, bidet, toilet, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The half bathroom has a urinal, sink and mirror. The third bedroom has a double bed (160x200), bed linen provided (changed weekly), two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe, table with 4 chairs, chest of drawers with flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection. free, mirror, iron and ironing board, exit to the terrace with table and two chairs, awning and garden view.
In the well-kept garden embellished with colorful flowers, there is a portable barbecue and table with wooden benches, free parking available in the fenced courtyard. The ideal accommodation for families with children or small groups of friends, for those who love tranquility and rest.

The house is 300 m from the restaurant, the children's playground and free outdoor gym equipment near the house, the pebble beach at 1.2 km, the sandy beach at 950 m, the golf course at 8 km while the tennis courts 900 m. In the surroundings, there are various sports facilities, excellent restaurants with fish menus, pizzerias and beach bars. The center of Umag is easily reachable on foot in about 10 minutes. In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. The supermarket 400 m from the house. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting is the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Funtana, fun is guaranteed there.     “Für eine Woche war es völlig in Ordnung. Positiv: Genug Platz für eine Familie. Zwei Balkone. Gartennutzung möglich. Parkplatz auf Grundstück unter Carport (Schatten). Negativ: Kein Wohnzimmer bzw Wohnbereich, m.E. etwas zu teuer. Ausflüge: Istralandia - Riesiger Wasserpark mit vielen Rutschen. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spass, nur mussten sie lange anstehen bei jeder Rutsche.”
