Built in 1922, renovated in 2021, spend your vacation in a house that has a story! Villa No.8 is a newly renovated, 100 year-old stone house, located in Bazgalji, a small village in the picturesque landscape of the rural Istrian inland. The villa is decorated with stonewall elements and wooden beams, featues a living room with a fireplace and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and free WI-Fi. It comes with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. Spend the hot summer days outdoors, enjoying the private swimming pool, a garden with sun decks and an outdoor kitchen. Parking on site is free of charge and the nearest grocery shop is 7 km away. The villa has a perfect starting position for exploring the Istrian peninsula. You will be at a 30 minute distance from the sea, the mountains and the surrounding cities. The host can give recommendations about the excursions and bike trails in the area.
The ground floor is about 73 m2 size and it contains of following rooms: One bedroom, one bathroom and open space area with kitchen and living room. On the first floor we have three bedrooms and two bathroom. One of the following bedrooms on the first floor have a small balcony terrace.
Outdoor space have a swimming pool with a sundeck lounge area, summer kitchen with grill space and dinning table.
