Our house in sunny, central and quiet location is the ideal starting point for many excursions. Approx. 3-minute walk from the house, there is a Spar supermarket, a sport shop, the bus station for all the skiing areas, the tram station to Innsbruck and restaurants.

Our new apartment "Patscherkofel" is located on the first floor and offers space for 2-4 people on 49m2 of living space. Enjoy the breathtaking view on the very spacious furnished balcony.
The modern eat-in kitchen is comfortable and fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer compartment.
