Espacious villa, great place to relax
Great country house Jardí for 12 people; perfect for families or group of friends. The house has great and convenient location as is set in the country in a relaxing quiet area yet very close to the facilities and amenities that you need to spend a great holiday. The tourist resort Cala D'Or with a pedestrian area offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops, boutiques and several sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D’Or or Cala Esmeralda in Cala Ferrera. Approx. 2 km. away we find the small locality of Calonge and 2km. away S’Horta, both offer cafeterias, some local shops, banks and good restaurants.
The houseJardi is a lovely two-storey country house with bright airy rooms furnished in a classic style. The outside is very spacious with a great garden with beautiful lawned areas with tall palm trees.From the entrance we access to the hall with a guest toilet and to a bright and airy living room with two double sets of French doors opening onto the large covered terrace overlooking the pool. Adjacent there is a dining room. The kitchen is spacious offering an induction cooker and a breakfast table; there is also access to the pool area. The ground floor offers two bedrooms; a master bedroom with a beautiful rustic touch, it has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath and access to the outside. Close to this bedroom is the utility room with the washing machine; it has access to the exterior. The second is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room. From the hall stairs take us to the upper floor that boasts three bedrooms; a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a terrace partially covered terrace with great open views of the surroundings and the pool area. The other are twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower-room. These two bedrooms can also access the terrace from the corridor.Lovely garden Casita with private entrance, with a double bedroom with air conditioning and complete with en-suite shower room with twin showers, living room with comfy sofas, TV and garden views.
The exterior is wonderful, really spacious and relaxing with pine trees, oleanders an old wild olive tree and a great and well kept lawned garden with tall palm trees that provide a nice shade during the hottest days of the summer. Here there is plenty space for the kids to run and play around. There is a big covered terrace with a sitting area, and a table and chairs for “al fresco” dining. The pool is lovely shaped with Roman steps with a fountain; an ornate rock partly submerged. Around the pool there is a large sun terrace with another fountain and sun beds, the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the long summery days. At the corner of the terrace there is a covered barbecue area with a great brick built barbecue, a sink and a long table with benches. The property is closed with a gate and there is space to park the cars inside.
