The standig individually villa, built in 2003 and renovated in 2024 is modern and luxury furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.
