From here you have one of the best beaches of the beautiful island of Öland in view. Sit together in the large, beautiful conservatory and plan together what you want to do during your stay on Öland. Outside you will find a terrace and a small garden with lawn where you can sunbathe, barbecue and entertain. On long summer evenings you can enjoy the fantastic evening sun.

At only 250 meters you come to Kalmarsund, where Öland's best sandy beaches are located, which are best suited for families with children.

In your village Köpingsvik there is a pastry store and a few smaller stores, as well as restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance from the house, so you are always well taken care of.

Many of Öland's attractions are not far away. Visit the amusement park, Borgholms Castle, the royal Solliden Castle or the magical forest Trollskogen, as well as picturesque lighthouses. Öland also offers a wide range of artist and craft stores, which offer their goods for sale in open studios.

Across the bridge you can quickly reach Kalmar, where you can stroll through the historic streets and visit cafes.
