Luxury apartment located in the city center, just 3 min walk from the beach and 10 min walk from the Old Town, Mandraki marina, Aquarium or Elli beach. It has been recently renovated including the latest innovations inside. Sleeps up to 6 adults and one baby in cot (0-2 y.o). Perfect pick for families, couples and friends. At the reach of your hand you can find - Mini Market/Pharmacy/Taxi station/Bus Stop/Dry cleaning/Rental car offices / Grocery shop / Medical Center and plenty of food and beverage options to choose from. There is free public parking at the streets around the property.

Fenced balconies all around the property 1,10m height with aluminum and double glazing are therefore suitable for children. Each room has its own balcony. The balcony of living room is equipped with garden furnitures ( 6 chairs and one table).As you enter the area of our apartment building, there is a paved fenced yard where our guests can park their bikes. Outside of our yard on the public street, anyone can park his moped or car.

Τhe apartment is located on the first floor of a three-storey building that has a total of six apartments and is about 125 m2 in size and comprises of the following rooms: A spacious living room with a smart flat screen TV 55''(selection of DTV,STV,Netflix) and a corner sofa(2,05mX2,05mX1,00m). There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen about 10m2 with an oven, microwave, three different coffee machines(filter, capsules,espresso), toaster, sandwich maker,electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer and dining area with 6 chairs and a large table,connected to the living room.There are 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom is 15 m2 about, with a double bed (1,60m wide) three-leaf wardrobe, two bedside tables,USB sockets and hanging lighting, work area-desk or for makeup with mirror, Ethernet, electrical socket and a flat screen smart TV 43 ''(selection of DTV,STV,Netflix). Second bedroom 10 m2 about, with a double bed (1,60m wide) work area-desk between the double closet with elektrical and USB sockets,two bedside tables with hanging lighting, and a flat srceen smart TV 42'' (selection DTV,STV,Netflix). Third bedroom 12 m2 with two single beds (0,90m wide) two-leaf wardrobe,two bedside tables with reading lights,wall hanging mirror 1,80m and a flat screen smart TV 42'' (selection of DTV, STV,Netflix),All bedrooms,kitchen and the spacious living room have their own control for the central cooling - heating system. There are also two bathrooms(4 m2 and 2 m2) with shower and rectangular acrylic surface, shower panel with transparent safety glass 8mm, radiator for the winter, illuminated mirror and hair dryer. Available for our guests free high speed Wi Fi and free public parking is around the apartment. Our space is ideal for holidays in our city, as an alternative to work from home too. For our guests who want to continue their professional work from our apartment, we provide high speed internet connection either Wi-Fi or cable connection-Ethernet, as well as desk for laptop.

The beach of our neighborhood is 150 meters away, walking distance 2-3 minutes named Akti Kanari or Psaropoula.The beach Aquarium and Elli are about 800 meters away.At the reach of your hand you can find - 2 Mini Markets /2 Pharmacies / Taxi station / Bus Stop to the west coast(airport) and city tour / Dry cleaner's shop / 5 Rental car offices / Grocery shop / Medical Center / and plenty of food and beverage options to choose from.The town shopping center is about 700m away.There is free public parking at the streets around the property.
