Description The Finca Es Figueral den Vicens, is situated between Campos and Santanyi (some 5 car-minuts each), and the beaches ES TRENC as well as Cala Mondragó are not far, 10-15 min. Own private pool (5x9m), an ideal place for a land holiday, up to max. 4adults and 1 child. Well kept private gardens, completely fenced (aprox. 800m2), around the pool a terrace with 5 sunbeds and a parasol. Covered furnished barbecue-terrace, with grill, little fridge and sink. Garage with laundry-washmachine and WC/shower .Reservations of groups under 25 years old are not accepted, ignoring this rule will not give the right to a refund of the money paid

Between Campos (aprox. 4,5km) and Santanyi (aprox. 9km) on the country side is the Finca Es Figueral den Vicens. Aprox. the same distance to Campos and to Santanyi, where you will find all kind of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, galeries, etc. and a typical weekly market. To the beaches of ES TRENC on one side or Cala Mondragó/S´Amarador on the other side, you only need some 15 car-minuts. - Capacity: max. 5 persons (4 adults, 1 chd.) plus a baby (max.2 years) - Deposit money: Euros 200.-, to be paid on arrival to the owner, in cash and will be returned on departure - Pets: not welcome - Laundry room with wash-machine and iron in the garage - Cleaning: weekly, after 7 days - Sheets and towels (1 hand- and 1 shower towel per person) incl., weekly change (after 7days) - Baby-bed (without sheets) on request, free of charge

The living-area (aprox. 85m2) is upstairs, above the garage, with a big furnished terrace, beautiful panorama-views to the country-side. Completely equipped kitchen, incl. dish-washer, vitro-ceramic 4rings, electric oven, fridge, etc. and a small breakfast-table. Dining-room and a living room (with sofabed), SAT-TV. 2 Bedrooms with double bed (150x190cm), one with WC/shower. WC/bath extra. Aircondition/heating. Climalit windows. Some street-noice, depending on the wind direction. The owner is living nextdoor, but completely independent.

    “Schönes Haus für Familien, die es ruhiger haben wollen und gerne am Pool liegen! Draußen war es herrlich! Man ist aber auf ein Auto angewiesen, da man wirklich „abgeschottet“ ist! Positiv: Der große Pool und die Außenanlagen waren sehr schön! Die Besitzer/in des Hauses waren super nett und herzlich! Negativ: Leider war das Haus an vielen Stellen nicht wirklich sauber. Es schien so, als wäre die Finca und etwas länger unbewohnt gewesen und somit etwas eingestaubt… Restaurant: Restaurante Anoa Santanyí - Super lecker und sehr herzlich! Tolle Tageskarte! Ausflüge: Bucht cala d‘or - Kleine Bucht im Hintergrund sind aber gefühlt 1000 Restaurants und Bars! Hier kann man nach dem Strandbesuch super lecker essen!”
