Sovereign House Apartment

This apartment has a fantastic location just seconds from Torquay harbour and town centre. Situated on The Terrace perched above the harbour, the apartment is located at the rear of the property which makes it a surprisingly quiet place to stay for such a central location.

Being so central, it is ideal for easy access to dozens of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a number of local attractions and the harbour and seafront. It is also just seconds away from key bus routes which give full access to all that The English Riviera has to offer.

There is an enclosed, private courtyard which is accessed from the second bedroom.

The apartment is reverse duplex in style. On the ground floor are the main living areas which include a fantastic spacious kitchen with dining area. On this level too is a chic living room where up to 4 people can relax in comfort.

On the lower ground floor are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed (UK size 5 foot width) whilst the second bedroom can be configured as two singles or else as a superking.

The bathroom is also on this level. This has been completely refitted in 2021 and features an oversized shower.
