Our new-built house lies quietly and comfortably with the local edge of Maria Alm with marvellous view to the stone sea. Compared with there lies the outdoor swimming pool summer stone with playground, brook bed, footpaths and tennis courts. The local centre is accessible on foot at approx. 10 minutes. Two illuminated toboggan runs with inn courts are nearby. The ski lift is by the ski coach, towards from the house holds at few minutes accessible. Direct entrance in the cross-country skiing cross-country trail and ski departure to the house are possible.
