Pets only on request. The house is a non-smoking house. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Baby cot and high chair available. Bed linen and towels are included. Private car parking space for exclusive use directly at the house. Parties and bachelorette parties are not permitted. A deposit of €150.00 must be paid prior to arrival. The repayment will be made after the apartment has been returned properly. A deposit of 25% is required upon booking confirmation, the balance to be paid 30 days before arrival.
