Penthouse with sea view directly on the beach

The penthouse is located on the top floor of the flat house "Dünenschlösschen", directly on the upper beach promenade, the flat offers a fantastic sea and Wadden Sea view from the roof terrace and from inside.

The roof terrace faces east and is equipped with garden furniture and an electric grill for barbecuing on the roof terrace. 10 metres from the sandy beach and about 100 metres from the separate dog beach.

The 2-room flat is approx. 46 m2 in size and consists of a separate bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a roof terrace. The flat offers space for 2 adults and 2 children.bedroom - the bed can be used either as a 2x2 m double bed or as 2 single beds.in the kitchen-living room there are two single sofa beds 0.8x1.9 m, which were newly installed in May 2022.both rooms can be darkened with roller blinds.a TV with cable TV, a Blueray player and a small music speaker with USB connection are available.The kitchenette is fully equipped with kitchen utensils such as pots and pans, crockery and glasses, as well as a blender, hand blender, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and espresso pot.wifi is available free of charge throughout the flat.

The beach is 10 metres away. The town centre, all shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

SWIMMING POOL 8 x 4 m in the basement, open all year round! sauna in the basement for an additional fee.the flat is located on the top floor on the 3rd floor. There is a lift to the 2nd floor. Wangerooge is a car-free island and can be reached either by ferry or aeroplane.

From 01/25 to 03/25 there may be noise pollution in the house during the day due to renovation work.
The balconies are expected to be renovated between 25/01 and 25/02/25, so it may not be possible to use the balcony.
In 03/25 the lift will probably not be usable because the control element will be replaced.

    “Pragmatisch gute Wohnung Positiv: Vom Balkon hat man einen seitlichen blick auf Strand und Meer. Die Nähe zum Ortskern Negativ: Es gab bei unserer Ankunft kein einziges Stück WC-Papier. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir keine Bettwäsche gebucht hatten?
    Die Matratzen in den Betten sind so niedrig, dass die beiden Mittelbrtter eine unüberwindliche Hürde darstellten….”
