Welcome to the quietly located **** granny flat "Auszeit" in our detached house, as well as our holiday flats "Bergnest" and "Morgensonne" in the neighboring house opposite with a fantastic mountain view.
The "Morgensonne" apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with 1 shower/toilet.
Golf course and hiking opportunities are in the immediate vicinity.
In winter you can go directly to the cross-country ski run.
Ski lifts can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in our quiet and spacious **** holiday apartment "Auszeit".
The ground floor apartment with a separate entrance is located in a detached house.
True to the motto: "Arrive, come in, let go and enjoy".
The cozy and generously equipped living and dining area invites you to linger. Whether you read, play games, watch movies or just do nothing. The dishwasher is just one of the amenities to make your vacation perfect.
End the day in the very spacious bathroom with a soothing relaxation bath.
Pure relaxation awaits you on the large, sunny south-facing terrace with a fantastic mountain view. The sunbathing lawn is for your sole use, e.g. playing, sunbathing, badminton, barbecuing, etc.
A travel cot can be added.
