A ground-floor apartment with a view of the water flowing next to it, which was built in 1985 and can accommodate up to 4 people, with its 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You also have a common terrace at your disposal, furthermore you can fish directly in the river if you have a fishing license. A grill can be borrowed from the landlord.
In the surrounding area you can go hiking in the natural areas with forests and rock formations or ride your bike over long distances and enjoy the wonderful nature with beautiful scenery. In Monschau you can explore the picturesque old town with half-timbered houses, cobblestone streets and a castle from the 12th century, or visit the sand sculpture museum.
