... feel at home in the mountains ... Our new stylish Alp-IN Lodges Kaprun offer an elegant alpine style and Austrian cosiness. We have placed great emphasis on regional, natural furnishing materials that leave nothing to be desired in modern alpine chic. Natural surfaces made of hay, flowers and wood create a pleasant ambience. Enjoy the breathtaking view to the mountains. Choose between the "Panorama Lodge Kitzsteinhorn" (8 pers.) and the "Studio Lodge Maiskogel" (2 pers.) or you combine both and find space for 10 people and you have a "half house " on 3 floors on your own.
Our house is very central, quiet and close to the lift. You can reach the Maiskogelbahn or the valley station to the Kitzsteinhorn on foot in winter in a few minutes. Crosscountry-Skiing, walking- and biking-trail is nearby. You can use our ski cellar with ski boot dryer.
There is the possibility to book a bread service from the local baker.

... at home in the mountains ... The Studio Lodge Maiskogel is located on the ground floor of our new building. On about 30 m² is space for 2 people. The living room / bedroom of the studio has a modern, fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, sofa and a bathroom (with shower / WC) and a small terrace. The decor in the elegant, alpine ambience exudes Austrian cosiness. We have put great emphasis on regional, natural furnishing materials. Natural surfaces of hay, flowers and wood create a pleasant living environment. Of course, the apartment is equipped with flat screen TV. Parking, WiFi, bed linen and towels are included. The location is quiet and central.
