The newly renovated Byblos holiday villa is located in the popular city of Rethymno on the resort island of Crete. While this elegant Greek vacation rental is close to many popular beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets, the Byblos luxury villa is also the ideal setting for a sumptuous, exclusive holiday.
This Crete villa is in the renowned holiday region of Rethymno and has a unique style, combining traditional elements with modern elegance. It can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in its main house, 2 maisonettes, and a small studio. Originally established in the 17th century, the villa has recently been renovated to ensure that guests enjoy the perfect Greek holiday experience. The 2 living rooms at Byblos Villa are stylishly furnished with modern, comfortable seating, satellite TV and it’s a cast iron stove, it’s not made of stone. There is a uniquely styled dining room with ample seating for guests and elegant lighting. The kitchen comprises contemporary décor and is equipped with a 4-ring stove, oven, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, toaster, microwave, orange juicer, and Nespresso machine. The holiday accommodation has 4 double bedrooms (1 super king-size bed, 1 king-size and 2 mezzazine style with 1 double bed and 2 single beds each. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and share an outdoor terrace. The double bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms and there is an additional bathroom available. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. The outside entertainment area of the villa boasts the only heated swimming pool in the old town of Rethymno, as well as a beautiful, private rooftop garden with a relaxing seating area. Furthermore, the villa offers a gas BBQ grill for guests to use and outdoor dining furniture. There is a secure parking area for visitors just 150m away from the villa.Byblos Villa offers a generous welcome pack and encourages guests to enjoy all the luxuries on offer at the residence to ensure an unforgettable Greek holiday experience.
Important Notice :
-Heated pool 350 Euros per week extra charge. The pool can be used for at least one week.
-Parking with payment 150 meters away
-Heating for the fireplace and wood stove 30 euro per day extra charge.
-Due to the fact that the property is located in the middle of the old town of Rethymnon, there are specific hours of which you must keep the noise down. These are from 3pm to 5-30pm and from 11-30pm and onwards.

-First of all, all the exterior areas of the property are private and also provide full privacy.

Byblos Villa is in the ancient city of Rethymno on the resort island of Crete, Greece. Popular Rethymno tourist attractions include walking the cobbled streets of the old town, visiting local trade stalls, the remarkable Venetian harbor, and the Rethymno Lighthouse, built in the 1830s. Archeological sites to visit include the Rimondi Fountain and the 16th-century Paleokastro fortress, as well as the renowned Archaeological Museum of Rethymno.
