The interior is comfortable, spacious and homey, with a magnificent view from the isolated terraces, which are perfect for breakfast. This house is ideal for two family groups or friends who want to go on vacation together. Thanks to the clever division of the two floors, connected by an external staircase, you can also look forward to retreats and privacy.

You can reach the friendly and charming village of Saint-Maurice in about 5 minutes on foot. This offers an interesting architectural heritage and is surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills. Here you are in the production area of the Côtes-du-Rhône wines as well as the area of the famous Nyons olive oil. In this remarkable region where the vineyard is king and the local wines are excellent, this peaceful village is located at the foot of the Southern Pre-Alps with its stores and its square with plane trees and beautiful fountain. Thus, a perfect starting point for beautiful walks in the mountains. In the Drôme Provençale, besides hiking, biking or horseback riding, you can practice many other activities: paragliding, climbing, canyoning, swimming, fishing, relaxing in the thermal baths (in Montbrun) or even bowling, karting, billiards and much more. You will also have the opportunity to taste local products such as fruit, Ardèche chestnuts, Montélimar nougat, Provençal olives. With this beautiful vacation home you are not far from Valréas, Vaison-la-Romaine and Nyons, three lively villages worth a detour.
