Fantastic 5 bedroom seafront villa with magnificent views, to rent in Porto Petro, Mallorca. This great villa offers a lot of space; the inside is tastefully and comfortably decorated. Outdoors is wonderful and relaxing with several seating areas. A few metres away there is access to the sea from a rocks with a small sandy area.
Two-storey villa. On the street level there is an spacious living room with large sliding windows, a dining table and a spacious well-equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a guest toilet and a terrace with sea views.
On the lower floor, pool level, there are three bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom and sliding doors opening onto the terrace by the pool. Comfortable TV room with access to the outside.
Great relaxing outdoor with a pool overlooking the sea surrounded by a well-kept lawned area with sun beds. Several comfortable seating sunny and shady areas. Gas barbecue.
Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas). Light cleaning Tuesday and Thursday, 3 hours each day. There are 3 baby cots included in the cost.
Damage deposit: Euro onethousand fivehundred- by bank transfer prior to arrival.
Towels: For stays of one week there is no change of towels during the week. Extra towels are left the day of the arrival.
