The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, located just 250 meters away from the beach. The quiet and peaceful environment of the villa itself and the nature of the area, makes the experience ideal for relaxation.

The island of Lemnos, which is not called “Anemoessa” by chance, has a relatively dry climate with temperatures that are low in winter but in summer the morning and evening breezes renew and cool the atmosphere. The seasonal July-August winds (known as “meltemia”) are also often intense, and the temperature is maintained at low levels with coolness at night, lowering their intensity and offering pleasant evenings. The house overlooks Diapori coast which stands out for the lovely view and for its important historical identity. Fully equipped property including a wonderful outdoor barbeque area. Parking is available for the guests.

Next to the sea (250m), located in a green area with a beautiful garden on a 2 acres land overlooking the bay of Kontias. The villa consists of 2 levels with a fully equipped open kitchen-living room and 3 bedrooms. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and has independent bathrooms on each floor.

There is also a fully detached mini studio with a separate entrance, for an additional 2 people and it is sometimes used by the owners.

Beaches for swimming, as well as grocery services and traditional taverns, can be found in the neighboring villages and the port of Diapori. Distance of 15–20-minute walk and ideal environment for cycling and exercise.

Note:
We can only accommodate up to one infant under 2 years of age unless you can bring the baby cots and all related equipment to support more than one infant.
We have a document with the rules of the house to agree to and sign, and a guest list document for you to agree to complete and sign. We will also send you directions to the property.
Renting the villa will give the tenants exclusive access to the main building as well as the outside BBQ, dining & sitting area. There is a detached semi-basement guest house that can be occupied by the owners or others during stay.
Check-in time is flexible. Check-out time before 11am
