... these modern, extremely interesting apartments were built in one of the most beautiful places in Maria Alm. You can reach the village center with many restaurants on foot in less than 5 minutes, as well as the Natrunbahn with connection to the Hochkönig ski area. Panoramic view included!
We offer you 2 different houses - the new BergLeben (4 apartments between 43m², 90m² and 110m²) - will open in February 2022 - and the house Panorama - our existing 2 holiday apartments, each with 65m². The houses are next to each other!
For those who are not looking for ordinary luxurious apartments, but something absolutely extraordinary - these are just right in the new BergLeben apartments - modern apartments, local materials, great style - breathtaking view - the apartments on the ground floor with an extra large terrace and garden - the apartments on the upper floor with 2 balcony terraces to the village/Natrun and Aberg - as well as to the backdrop of the Steinernes Meer. Elevator, carport, ski room, bicycle cellar, washing machine and dryer are available for everyone. Home office was also thought of - there is a small desk available so that you can combine vacation with work. All apartments have a private outdoor sauna with mountain views from June 2022! The large apartments also have a great fireplace in the living room for the feel-good factor!
In order to offer the spoiled - individual vacationer the best, we built the panorama apartments as a detached building next to our house - each apartment has its own entrance and thus offers even more individuality. The extra large balcony terraces and the private garden in this central panoramic location are probably unique! If someone needs a 3rd bedroom with shower/toilet - extra entrance, for friends, grandparents or older children - we have the option of booking this with the desired apartment. Both Panorama apartments were completely refurbished in autumn 2018 - you will find restful sleep in comfortable box spring beds - the windows with pleats and blackout curtains. A new kitchen with individual LED lighting, state-of-the-art appliances (fridge and freezer combination, convection oven, dishwasher, microwave. For your comfort, each apartment has been equipped with a Nespresso machine with milk frother, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. From ALL apartments you have the best view of the beautiful village of Maria Alm and the entire ski area Aberg - Hintertal - Hochkönig - as well as to the west side to Saalfelden. You can already enjoy the morning sun when you wake up in the bedroom - and have it on the very spacious terrace until the sun goes down. Despite this panoramic location, you can walk to the town center in 2 minutes and in 5 minutes to the gondola in town as well as numerous restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity.
There is a parking space directly in front of the house - and additional Carports at the brandnew BergLeben House for each appartment there.

The Bergsee apartment is on the ground floor next to an alpine meadow - a fine private nest - cozy little apartment for a maximum of 3 people, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with a large panoramic seat window overlooking the Steinernes Meer and a great terrace with a large garden - the private sauna will delight everyone from summer 2022. In this apartment there is no possibility to use the elevator! Of course, this apartment can also be used as a great retreat when grandparents or couples traveling together.
