Das frisch renovierte 2-Familienhaus "Tranter Clavos" steht im kleinen Bergdorf Lain auf einer wunderschönen Sonnenterrasse ca. 4 km südlich von Lenzerheide entfernt. Sommer und Winter ist der Ort mit dem Postauto erreichbar,, ab Chur mit dem Postauto, Wechsel in Lenzerheide in ca. 45 Min. Mitten im Zentrum des Dorfes gelegen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit (SPAR) 200m entfernt. Haltestelle Postauto 200m.
Die kleine Wohnung bietet einen Wohn-Ess-Schlafraum mit separatem Eingang sowie eine vollausgestattete, moderne Küche und modernes Bad. Eine Waschmaschine ist für separaten Gebrauch im kleinen Kellerraum platziert. Die Terasse kann mitbenutzt werden. Gut geeignet für 2 Erwachsene. Ausnahmsweise kann das Ausziehsofa für weitere 2 Personen (eher Kinder) genutzt werden. Hunde erlaubt.
Für Personen, die dem Wandern, Biken und Schnessport fröhnen wollen, gleichermassen geeignet.

    “Für 2 Persone ist die Wohnung ideal. Schöne Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Positiv: Sehr netter Empfang durch Frau Sandra, inkl. eine gute Flasche Wein und Schokolade. Negativ: Keine Bemerkung Restaurant: Seehof - Ausgezeichneter Service und sehr, sehr gute Küche. Ausflüge: Rothorn - Panorama geniessen und mit dem Trotti wieder zurück”
