This fantastic, completely modernized stone house with its typical Italian wooden ceilings and decorative beams, built directly on a hill, is fascinating in itself. But the view you have from here is indescribable. You can see for miles over the hills and mountains of the Umbrian countryside, small villages and towns. The house is equipped with several spacious and bright bedrooms and a heated whirlpool.

It is located in the area of the Wine Roads, just a few kilometers from the most prestigious wineries of Montefalco. Vineyards, olive groves and lovely valleys offer hikers and mountain bikers relaxation and inspiration. In Umbria, which has a long tradition of winegrowing, connoisseurs can enjoy fine wines, culinary delights and nature at the same time. The owners of the house offer guided tours with tastings on their farm and, depending on the season, experiences such as the harvest of hazelnuts, olives and grapes.
