Our Apartments are situated in a very calm environment, nearly the wood, above the Millstätter Lake. Enjoy the amazing view over the village to the lake and the surrounding mountains. There are 2 Apartments in our house, once the apartment „Gusti“, which has 2 balconies and a really fantastic view from the sitting room over the lake, and then there is the apartment „Moni“ which has terrace and garden. We offer our guests the „Millstätterlake Inklusive Card“, what means free entry to the beachbathes around the lake, to the indoor swimming pool „Drautalperle“ in Spittal and much more. This card is including in our prices.

In our apartment „Moni“ you are spending your holidays in a 67m² big apartment, located on the garden floor. The apartment has 2 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, each with shower and toilet, 1 open kitchen/dining/living room, a south situated terrace and garden with an amazing view over the lake and the mountains.
One of the 2 sleeping rooms has a double bed, the other one a loft bed and 1, if necessary 2 Beds, which have a total high from 30cm.
In this apartment will find up to 5 persons a sleeping place.

Please note that a additional costs ( electricity, etc ) of 6 , - / day in the summer and 9 , - / day in the winter months be expected to the total price!
