In our NEWLY built "Murmele" holiday apartment you will experience a fabulous holiday among lovely people in a fantastic natural setting. Due to our central location at the heart of Ötztal, we make a truly perfect starting point for varied hiking, mountaineering, cycling and climbing tours. Scenic Stuiben Falls, "Tirol's largest waterfall", swimming lake, Ötzi Village and Bird of Prey Park as well as restaurants, shops and bakeries can be easily reached on foot. The bus stop is about 330 meters away. The free skibus shuttles take you to the top ski areas within Ötztal (Sölden, Gurgl and Hochoetz family ski area).

Our NEW non-smoking apartment (approx 32 m²) with one extrance has the following amenities: double room with box-spring bed, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, a fully equiped kitchen-cum-living room (ceran stove, dishwascher, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine etc.) with a double pull out sofa (sleeping possibility for one adult or two children). For your car you have your own carport infront of the apartment.
