We are convinced: This charming and comfortably furnished vacation apartment for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children will delight you.

The maisonette apartment with the two terraces and a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore is located very close to the wonderful lake promenade, which is within walking distance. Due to the privileged location in the apartment house, which is situated on a hill about 100 meters away from the lakeside road, you get little of the lively life around it, however, even though it is located directly on the main road.     

The upscale furnishings offer you the best conditions for wonderfully relaxing vacations. The maisonette apartment with the two terraces and a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore is located very close to the wonderful lake promenade, which is within walking distance. On the lower level, in addition to a modern bathroom with shower, you have two bedrooms at your disposal: One with a double bed and a wonderful lake view, the other with a comfortable 145x200 cm bed.

A few steps will take you to the upper level, where a nicely cut living room with dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette await you.

From the living area you go directly to the spacious terrace, where you can live and relax all day in the midst of wonderful tranquility.

Evening is coming. Then welcome the blue hour with an aperitivo or enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner. You have all the possibilities and the beautiful lake always in sight. And what could be more wonderful than having breakfast the next morning with this unique lake view?  

The vacation home is also suitable for guests who are not so good on foot. There is a parking space reserved for you in the  underground garage. From here, the elevator will take you comfortably to the fifth floor. Then it is only a few steps and a few stairs until the cozy flair of the apartment welcomes you.  

A grocery store, a bakery, several restaurants, as well as a bar that offers delicious croissants, among other things, are just a few steps away.  

Another tip: If you want to learn more about the life and work of the Italian composer Ruggero Leoncavallo, you don't have far to go. The museum of the same name is located nearby.

P.S. We will be by your side throughout your stay.
One more important info: The parking lot is not for SUV. However, this is not a problem, because if you drive an SUV, we will allow you to park in the parking lot of the municipality.
