The idyllic landscape, which surrounds the bay along with the turquoise waters of the sea attract holidaymakers every year.The unspoilt beach of Agni is situated about 30km away from the town center of Corfu, to the northeast and can be approached either by car -but you have drive on the quite steep roads of the area – or by sea, through the seaside areas of Kalami and Nissaki. In the area of Agni you will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and swim in the crystalline waters as well as find some excellent taverns where you can order fresh seafood or refreshing drinks. Here you can have sunbeds for free as well as an available car park place and jetties where boats and yachts moor at.The most amazing about Agni is the surrounding dense vegetation and the unparalleled views to the sea. Plus, you may take part in a diving lesson at the existing diving center or visit the White House of the Durrells, located within short distance, in Kalami.

The house is ideal for those who want to be close to one of the most beautiful and well-known beaches on the island while remaining secluded all due to its expansive outdoor space and tranquilly.

The external staircase from the private parking leads to a lovely and spacious yard with olive trees and greenery.The lovely gazebo with the table where the family can gather and have their meal is situated in such a way that there is always a pleasant breeze. Right next to it there is the house's swimming pool, with sunbeds and a wooden deck.The pool is right next to the stone-built house by the central entrance.The central door leads into a large living room with a sofa and a smart TV, as well as a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.There are another two bedrooms in the villa, each with a double bed and air conditioning system. The first balcony door leads to the central courtyard, while the second leads to a Juliet balcony. The family bathroom with shower is located right next to the living room.
