The Elizabeta apartment is on the ground floor of a family house in a quiet and sunny location. The strong point is the proximity to the supermarket (200 m), bar (100 m), restaurant, playground and city center, all within walking distance.

The large room with double bed (160x200), bedside table with night lamp, sofa, armchair, coffee table, wardrobe, flat screen satellite TV, free WiFi connection, bed linen available (changed weekly), exit to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower, sink with vanity unit and mirror, bidet, hair dryer, two bath towels per person (changed weekly) and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, two ceramic hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, mocha, plates, cutlery, glasses and pots, dining table and chairs, exit to the balcony with a garden table with two chairs, awning, overlooking the garden and the street .

The neighborhood is quiet and sunny and consists of private houses adorned with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants and some buildings. The area has a large park with games for children and teenagers, free outdoor fitness equipment and a beautiful lawn. In the area you will find the convenient Ultra supermarket with adjacent bar, other shops, bank, pharmacy, two wine bars, the Paganini Casino, cheap restaurants. This neighborhood is an excellent choice for those who love tranquility and comfort, given its proximity to the center and the coast. To reach the beaches, a car or a bicycle is recommended.

The center of Umag can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.
