The quiet apartment is the larger (70 sqm) of two apartments (separate entrances) in a free-standing single-storey house on a 1200 sqm plot.
From the living room and the terrace you can see the marina and across the Flensburg Fjord to Denmark. The large garden with sunbathing area slopes down to the beach via a slope. The apartment has a large living room with a south-facing terrace and a beautiful panoramic sea view as well as an open kitchen and dining area. There are two bedrooms, a larger one with two beds and a smaller one with a pull-out double bed. Bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms.
Daily comfort is provided: In the living room there is a seating area with a beautiful view of the fjord and the marina. WiFi, an LCD satellite TV, a couch that can be converted into a double bed (also as two single beds) in just a few steps. The open kitchen and dining area are integrated in the spacious living room and equipped with all the necessary necessities. Among other things, you will find a four-burner stove with an oven, a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, a hand mixer, toaster and branded dishes. In bedroom 1 there are two separate beds, a clock radio on the bedside table and a large wardrobe. In the smaller bedroom 2 there is a pull-out double bed and a shelf with a cabinet part. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. A guest toilet provides additional comfort.
