Ca' due Olivi – holiday house with 5 comfortable apartments – terrace, interior courtyard and mountain view in the centre of the Maderno old town

The apartments each have their own terrace/balcony with seating, affording a beautiful view of the old town and the mountains. A parking space is available, along with free public parking spaces nearby. There is a lovely interior courtyard with a grill and seating. A gazebo offers a sociable gathering place in any weather. The large terrace for relaxing has a lounge, sun loungers and a parasol. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children.

It is just a few minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the lake with several great beaches. Ca’ due Olivi is an ideal starting point for many activities such as water sports, mountain biking, hiking and visiting the many places of interest in the area. Toscolano-Maderno is worth a trip in any season. Especially between October and January, the temperatures are mild and ideal for walking, hiking or mountain bike tours in the surrounding mountain regions. The old town area has little shops, services, restaurants and bars. Right opposite there are a bakery and butcher open daily. In the neighbourhood there is also a well-presented little wellness facility with a beauty centre. The nearby bicycle shop rents out bikes and offers guided cycling and hiking tours. It is a few minutes’ walk to many restaurants and bars, little souvenir and clothes shops, as well as recreational facilities, sports and water sports. It is not far to a golf course and riding facilities.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the accommodation, as well as air conditioning and heating. We exclusively use ecological and antiallergenic cleaning products. A cot is available on request.
