These four holiday apartments are located in a peaceful surrounding of the village Ravni and are about 12 kilometers away from the artists' town of Labin. The apartment CIK722 is located on the ground floor and the apartments CIK720, CIK721, CIK800 are located on the first floor. While the apartments CIK721 and CIK722 consist of two bedrooms, a fireplace and a sea view, the apartment CIK720 also has a sea view and two bedrooms, but in one bedroom are three single beds. The apartment CIK800 is a studio apartment. From the house you come directly to the sea where you can bathe, sunbathe, relax and forget everything else. There is a restaurant on the beach and in the village you will find a tennis club where you can play tennis, table tennis or bocce. A fitness- room and a Finnish sauna can be used against an additional payment.

    “Wir waren im August 2015 da (2 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder).
    Die Aussenanlage ist spitze, der Pool ideal und blitzsauber (ab ca. 16.00 Uhr komplett im Schatten). Der Ausblick vom Balkon und der Poolanlage ist sensationell. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Anstatt der Sitzbadewanne wäre eine Dusche sinnvoller. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter.
    Der Strand ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 min ( tolle Strandbar:) ) zu erreichen, ein Restaurant befindet sich ca. 50m entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegen ca. 300m entfernt, Geldwechseln ist in Ravni möglich.
    Fazit: Für Familienurlaub super, ansonsten ist aber im Dorf nichts los. Ausflüge mit dem Auto nach Labin (ca. 20 min) und Rabac (ca. 25min) sind empfehlenswert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt.

    “Wunderschöner Blick vom Balkon über das Meer und bis nach Rijeka, schön ruhig, sehr nette Vermieter, die mit auf dem Grundtück wohnen, sehr gastfreundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Nett und sauber eingerichtet. Wir waren zu fünft mit Hund dort und können die Wohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen”
