Part of a two-family house in a former barn of wood and stone from the 19th century, located in the district Crétaz, near Cogne (200 m), the most famous municipality of the National Park Gran Paradiso. The accommodation is on two levels, the upper mansard floor (minimum height 1.50 m) is reached via a wooden staircase. From the outside you have access to a small, for outdoor dining equipped garden, which is shared with the apartment below. This is a good starting point for exploring the valleys of Grauson and Arpisson, popular destinations in both summer and winter. The nearest ski slopes are only 500 m from here.
