This fabulous villa with private swimming pool welcomes you on a hill with far-reaching views over the iarija countryside.

Enter the very spacious villa, which offers you, your extended family or family friends the ideal home for your holiday together. The bedrooms are spread over two floors, offering you peace and privacy. On the other hand, you have plenty of space in several living rooms and an activity room to enjoy the company of others. Play pool together, relax while watching a film or conjure up delicious meals in the large kitchen. The entire interior of the house is beautiful and elegant and offers you a very pleasant atmosphere.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and leads directly through patio doors to the shaded dining terrace, the spacious garden and the pool area. In the lounge area, you can put yourself at the centre of shows, films and games that create an impressive sense of space. Steps lead down from the terrace to the pool area with plenty of space for sun loungers and a second seating area in the garden with barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining on summer evenings at sunset.

The village of Golac is halfway between the Slovenian and Croatian coasts and is ideally located for exploring. The villa is close to the Snenik Nature Park, which is famous for its wildlife (bears), and also close to the well-known tourist destination of Opatija. The Croatian tourist town with its beautiful sea beaches and wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife is just a short drive from the property. You can also explore the karst landscape with its many caves and natural attractions in the surrounding area. The iarija region is full of character with its nature and many local restaurants serving fresh local food. Children are welcome everywhere and there are many activities on offer for young and old, including mountain biking, hiking & various sports as well as a golf course.
