Modern Villa 155 m2 on two floors, furnished with care and love for you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. It offers everything you need for your vacation comfort. It is located in a small village Štrika, not far from various beaches in the area. The quiet of the neighborhood is ideal for sleeping late. Each bedroom has an air conditioner, and an air conditioner in the large living area, private parking, swimming pool, deck chairs, and garden with a barbecue area.Nearby renowned restaurants offering fish or meat menus and excellent quality Istrian wines.

The house on the ground floor consists of a living area with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and sofa, dining room, and open space kitchen. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer area, a 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, plates, cutlery, pots, and glasses. Two bedrooms with double bed, and wardrobe and one bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe, bed linen provided. The bathroom on the ground floor offers a shower cubicle, toilet, sink with cabinet, and washing machine.On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with a wardrobe and balcony and a bathroom with tub, toilet, sink with cabinet, and two towels for the bathroom per person are provided.

On the ground floor, the large covered terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, overlooking the garden and swimming pool. In the garden, there are deck chairs, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. Free parking near the house

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris holiday village, night clubs, casino, the possibility of various boat or coach trips.The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, and bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill is known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, a small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and who wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster.
