Our family-run holiday house in Zell am See is just the right place for you to spend your holiday! The unique location on the northern shore of the lake ensures that guests are perfectly situated to enjoy sports and activity as well as plenty of relaxation surrounded by nature. Take in beautiful views of Lake Zell and the unique mountain panorama of Zell am See-Kaprun, one of Europe’s top sports regions. Ferienhaus am See is a perfect starting point for swimming, jogging and mountain biking and an ideal starting point for exploring three ski resorts (Schmittenhöhe, Saalbach-Hinterglemm, glacier in Kaprun).
Situated in Zell am See, just 7 km from Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course, Ferienhaus am See features beachfront accommodation with a garden, a terrace and free WiFi. Featuring free private parking, the holiday home is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking, skiing and cycling. Boasting a Blu-ray player, the holiday home has a kitchen with a fridge, an oven and a dishwasher, a living room with a seating area and a dining area, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with a shower and a bath. Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. Ski storage space is available on site.
Our holiday house is just 100m from the lake and located next to the lakeside trail and cycling path. On the lakeside you will find a free sunbathing area with beach volleyball, a kayaking centre, a bicycle and boat hire and a surfing and sailing school. We are also located directly opposite of the campsite with a restaurant and a small shop. The bus stop is directly in front of the house and the ski bus is for free.

Holiday house 250m², four bedrooms with three double beds and one bunk bed, living room with leather sofa, playroom/ office, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, dishes etc.) with corner seating unit, bathroom with shower/WC/hairdryer, balcony, terrace (30 sq m), boiler room for ski boots, PlayStation 4 incl. games, Blue-ray Player; WiFi and cable-TV are free of charge. Bed linen, towels and parking are included. Travel cot available on request.
