Our farmhouse dating back to 1837 offers a unique flair amid lush green surroundings.
We offer two lovingly renovated apartments for a relaxing, holistic stay. Our wonderful place is an island of pure rest and recreation. Relax in the beautiful garden or the wooden barrel sauna and the whirlpool. Enjoy the lovely summer evenings under the grape arbor or in the barbecue area. Oetz makes a perfect location for many interesting outings and excursions which can be reached within a short time. Whether ski resorts (Hochoetz-Kühtai, Sölden, Obergurgl), hiking trails, sporty attractions (AREA 47) or a trip to the nearby cities - everything can be found within a radius of about 0 to 50 km.
Cuddly & comfortable: on approx. 35 m² you can look forward to a small living room with wood-fired stove for romantic hours, an integrated fully equipped kitchen-cum-living area (electric cooktop with oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, soda stream, egg boiler, refrigerator, Cremesso capsule coffee machine with milk frother, etc.), a bedroom with shower and washing facilities, separate WC, air conditioning. A small, furnished wintergarden invites you to enjoy cozy hours
