Only 3 km from the Inzell speed skating center you will find a holiday apartment and an apartment for your carefree holidays. Personal contact, a smile and having time for our guests is important to us. We want you to feel comfortable with us, forget the hectic pace and stress and enjoy your vacation.
​Our guest house is located in a particularly quiet location in the Berchtesgadener Land holiday area with a direct connection to the Chiemgau holiday region. We rent 1 apartment and 1 holiday apartment in our house, each for 2 people. Our accommodations are the ideal starting point for mountain hikes, mountain bike or bicycle tours, cross-country skiing or alpine skiing, as well as long walks or snow hikes in the valley.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 80% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from 02:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Departure is possible until 10:00 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation.
The keys are handed over personally on site.
Pets are not allowed.
The tourist tax of €1.25 per person/night will be charged on site.
The basic price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, WiFi, parking space.
