In walking distance from the house there are beautiful views to the river Raša valley.
House is on a large plot surrounded by nature with view to the nearby Učka mountain. In front of it there's a parking for more than 5 cars. The house itself consists of an air-conditioned open space spacious living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. It can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and a foldout sofa. There are 3 bedrooms each with bed size 160x200cm with wall mounted TV, 2 persons can also sleep on a fold-out sofa bed with 120x200cm space when folded out. A baby bed and a high chair for children are also available. 2 bathrooms with walk in shower, one of them has a bidet. There's also a toilet for guests. Parking, AC, WIFI, property is for sole use.
Outside is a terrace connected to the house with sitting area, and a pool with loungers and outside shower. Pool is in size 8x4 m wide, and 1,5 deep. The whole property is for sole use for guests - no sharing. The property is not fully fenced.
