    “Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit direktem Blick auf das Mittelmeer und den Hafen von Sainte Maxime. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche für eine Ferienwohnung gut eingerichtet. Es gab aber Bereiche, die nicht recht in das Allgemeinbild passten. Dazu gehört das Bad, in dem die Dusche am Übergang von der Glasscheibe zum Boden gerichtet werden müsste und der Zustand der Sofas, die deutlich sichtbare Schmutzspuren aufwiesen. Die Wohnung wird mit Elektroheizkörpern beheizt. Das Bad ist unbeheizt, aber ein mobiler Elektroheizer steht zur Verfügung. In den beiden Schlafzimmern sind Klimageräte installiert. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein großes Glaspanoramafenster. Die Glasscheiben sind einzeln zu öffnen, allerdings fehlt ein Sonnenschutz, weder innen noch außen gibt es Möglichkeiten, die Sonneneinstrahlung zu verhindern. Die Sonne scheint dadurch ungehindert den ganzen Tag in die Wohnung, das dürfte im Sommer eher unangenehm warm werden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Wohnung über eine eigene abschließbare Garage verfügt.”
