This apartment has wonderful sea views, a beach a few minutes walk away and modern decoration, this apartment is ideal for spending your holidays near the beach.

The apartment is located in an urbanization, in the El Faro area, near Fuengirola and Cala de Mijas. In your surroundings you will enjoy beaches and beach bars, level crossings will allow you to walk to the beaches that you can see from the accommodation terrace.

Although it has the A7 highway that will take you to destinations such as Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola or Cala de Mijas, the quality of the windows and closure will allow you to rest in pleasant silence, as well as efficiently maintain the temperature of the apartment thanks to the installation of air conditioning with heat pump that is installed.
