The villa's capacity is 8 guests who can be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom is air conditioned and equipped with comfortable double and an ensuite bathroom. The unique open floor plan combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with satellite TV. The space is airy and bathed in sunshine and is built in a way that you can easily enjoy the sea view. You can also relax on the terrace where you can dine with friends and family. The villa is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
There is also a garden on partially fenced plot of 1000m2. The 6m diameter round pool with depth of 1.6m is surrounded by garden furniture and sun loungers. Perfect for enjoying cold drink while watching the sunset. At your disposal you also have 3 parking spaces and a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals.
You can easily reach Vela Luka by catamaran or ferry from Split, and it is a great starting point if you want to explore this part of the Mediterranean.
