In the beautiful Dalmatian town of Šibenik lies the stunning Villa Maris. Only 550 m away from the coast, the villa offers a magnificent view of the sea and islands. It is the perfect place for visitors who are looking to enjoy pristine nature and enchanting historical sights.

With 175 m2 of living space, and property size of 1100 m2, contemporary villa Maris can accommodate a total of 6+2 guests in 3 comfortable sunbathed bedrooms, 2 of which provide a beautiful view of the coast. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a shower enclosure ensuring the guests with maximum level of comfort. Furthermore, one separate toilet is also available.

The upper floor of the villa features 2 of the 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, while the open-plan ground floor features the remaining bedroom and bathroom alongside a modern kitchen with dining area and an inviting living room. The minimalist kitchen is fully equipped and modernly decorated. The charming dining area features 8 seats, while from the spacious living room provides a breathtaking view of the sea.

The lovely, courtyard of the villa features a sizeable pool (40m2) surrounded by 8 sun loungers so all guests can comfortably bask in the sun during the day. Guests of the villa also have at their disposal an outdoor dining table and coal barbecue, a perfect way to prepare delicacies for family and friends and enjoy them outside, watching the sunset. The handsome estate is completely enclosed with a stone wall with 3 private parking spaces available.

The picture-perfect town of Šibenik is one of the oldest cities in the Adriatic, known for the breathtaking Cathedral of St. Jacob Curch which belongs to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This beautiful tourist town is surrounded by several tourist places like Vodice, Primošten and Rogoznica. A visit to the surrounding islands of Zlarin and Prvić and the island of Murter is an ideal way to spend your time whilst in Šibenik. Boasting an amazing gastronomy offer, the town features the widely known Michelin-starred restaurant Pelegrini, among many others. Take a stroll through the town’s narrow streets or spend your afternoons on the beautiful beaches, swimming in the crystal-clear sea. Spice up your holiday by visiting the nearby islands or Krka National Park to discover all the beauties that Šibenik and its surroundings have to offer.
