Luxury Villa Ella is located on the west coast of Istria, in the small town of Vabriga, whose beauty leaves no one indifferent. The town of Vabriga itself, as well as its surrounding places, provide diverse and interesting content that will delight younger and older generations. Villa Ella is the right choice for all those who want to spend a luxurious holiday in peace and quiet, enjoying like kings. If you are also eager for just such a holiday, in order to escape from the hectic everyday life, then this villa is perfect for you!

Villa Ella was built in a modern and elegant style in 2021, has 129 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 798 m2. It can accommodate a maximum of 5 and optimally 4 people. It is 2 km away from the nearest sea, and the nearest pebble beach is 2.1 km away and it is called Santa Marina. Near the villa there are restaurants, cafes and taverns where you can try delicious specialties and a few drops of top Istrian wines.

There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers, one of which has a double bed (180x200), and the other has two single beds (90x200). As an extra bed there is a folding bed (80x200) with a memory foam mattress. The modernly equipped kitchen and dining room with a table for 6 people will be a place where you will prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Near the dining room, in the living room, you will relax on the corner sofa, and there is also a TV and coffee table. The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace which will leave you breathless. Pleasant refreshment during the day or night will provide a pool of 33 m2, next to it you will sunbathe on 5 deck chairs, and there is also a corner sofa, two seats and a table, a place where you can drink morning coffee. Also, next to the pool, there is another covered terrace that contains a dining table for 6 people and a charcoal grill.

Additional facilities include a washing machine, iron, and if necessary, you can use a cot and feeder.

Villa Ella is fully fenced, has a beautifully landscaped garden, and many places for children to play and relax. Inside the yard you can use 2 private parking spaces.

In Vabriga there are several beautiful beaches where you can enjoy all the benefits of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. The youngest will surely be delighted with the many interesting contents of the Lanterna Aquapark. Interesting facilities and local activities at your fingertips are wine tours, olive oil tours or truffle hunting. Istria is also known for its exceptional gastronomic offer, of which we must single out the world-famous top wines such as Malvasia, Teran or Merlot. Wine in Istria is recognized for its top quality due to its particularly favourable geographical position and soil quality, known as "Quattro terre". This feature has enabled the exceptional quality of not only the cultivation of vines but also extra virgin olive oil, which is valued as number one in Europe. Truffles are another top-quality, expensive delicacy that will delight all true gourmets with its specific and astringent taste.
