Villa Miramonti is located in the western part of the Istrian peninsula, in the town of Sveti Lovreč. Sveti Lovreč is a location that represents the perfect choice for all those guests who are eager to escape from the daily hustle and bustle and fast-paced lifestyle. Likewise, in this villa, you will enjoy absolute peace and quiet in the company of your own family or a group of friends. Sveti Lovreč is, as they say, a hidden gem, and is one of the best preserved medieval towns in Istria.

Villa Miramonti was built in a rustic style in 2009 and underwent a complete renovation in 2022. It offers guests 203 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 1033 m2, which is more than enough for carefree play and children's fun in the beautifully landscaped yard. A maximum of 8 people can stay in the villa, which will be distributed into 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a double bed (180x200), and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200). There are also 4 bathrooms at your disposal, two of which have both a shower and a bathtub, and two have only a bathtub.

You will have a pleasant rest after lunch in the beautifully decorated living room, which contains a three-seater, a two-seater, a coffee table, a romantic fireplace, and a TV. Near the living room is the dining room with a dining table with 8 seats, and a modern kitchen with a bar where you can easily prepare meals for family and friends.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a swimming pool with a size of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 metres. Next to it, there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing, a parasol, a covered outdoor dining table, and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. In Villa Miramonti, you can enjoy the view of the pristine priory from the balcony and drink your morning coffee on the sofa.

During your stay, additional facilities such as a washing machine, an iron, and if necessary, a feeder and a baby cot are at your disposal.

Fun content is table football, which can be played by adults as well as children. The beautifully landscaped yard of the villa is completely fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.

In Istria, do not miss the tasting of Istrian wines and feel the special aroma of this region. In Sveti Lovreč, you can visit the old town, which is surrounded by former walls. For all those who like to enjoy cycling, we definitely suggest heading to the bike path that stretches along the Lim channel all the way to Vrsar.
