Villa San Biagio Star is located in Poreč, a small town on the Istrian peninsula that holds the title of one of the most important tourist destinations, both for holiday and for enjoying culture and gastronomy. The villa is perfect for luxurious relaxation with family and friends and is ready to offer you everything you've always dreamed of.

Built-in 2022 in a rustic construction style, the fully air-conditioned villa San Biagio Star offers its guests 85 m2 of living space that will delight you. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, who will be comfortably accommodated in 2 bedrooms with double beds. The rooms lead directly to the terrace, where you can drink your morning coffee on the sofa and enjoy the peace and quiet. The villa also has one ordinary bathroom with a shower cabin.

In the beautifully decorated kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes, and right next to the kitchen is the dining room with a dining table for 4 people.

You will certainly spend most of your time on the outdoor terrace, which has a pool of 22 m2 and a depth of 1.4 metres. Next to the pool, there are deckchairs for sunbathing and resting, and there is also a covered outdoor table for eating and seating. The summer kitchen, which is located right next to the dining table, will be of great use to you. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace, right next to the grill.

You can also prepare meals on the outdoor charcoal or wood grill, and you will have complete privacy because you will be surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden.

As additional facilities available to you are a separate toilet, a washing machine, and an iron.

The yard of the villa is fenced, and you have 1 parking space available outside it.

Along with Pula, Umag, and Rovinj, the city of Poreč is one of the most interesting destinations visited by a large number of both domestic and foreign tourists every year. You can also visit various restaurants and cafes where you can experience the charms of Istria with traditional dishes and a delicious drop of wine. The most significant and at the same time the most valuable cultural and historical site in Poreč is the Euphrasian Basilica Complex. It is included in the UNESCO list of world cultural heritage and was built in the 6th century. Be sure not to miss visiting the town of Rovinj, which is located 35 km from Poreč, which is also one of the jewels of Istria.
