Villa Fux Zrće is a newly built modern villa located in the fairy-tale bay of Caska, only 2.5 km away from the town of Novalja on the island of Pag. This charming house with a living area of 230 m2 will comfortably accommodate ten people who can count on complete comfort and privacy during their stay. The living area consists of five comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, 5 bathrooms and one separate toilet. The ground floor of the villa has a modern and fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and living room.

In the yard of the villa, only 6 metres away from the beautiful beach there is a beautiful whirlpool and deck chairs from which you can enjoy a view of the starry sky, amazing blue green sea and the specific stone landscape of the island of Pag. There is also an outdoor grill, outdoor dining table, private parking, wireless Internet, as well as all household items you may need during your stay.

The location of this beautiful villa is an ideal choice for young people who want to have fun because it is located near the most famous Croatian beach Zrče, which is also called the Croatian Ibiza. The special feature of Zrče beach, apart from the crystal clear sea and white pebbles, are numerous beach clubs where the fun lasts non-stop. The most famous names of the electronic scene visit this place every summer, which is rightly considered one of the world's party destinations. Use your stay in Villa Fux Zrče to get to know the beautiful island of Pag, whose specialties are difficult to list. Pag cheeses, olive oils, wines, salt, numerous gastronomic delicacies as well as masterpieces made of Pag lace and many other fantastic attractions will reveal this beautiful area.
